Marion Duffy was the Realtor for the sale of my townhouse in Lake Forest, California. I live out of state and she was so helpful. No matter what needed attention, it was never too much trouble for Marion. She organized utilities, visits of workers and she always made herself available for whatever needed to be done. She even supplied paper booties to protect the new carpet from outside debris, and added some flowers of her own to make the house look homey. She also saved me money on repairs on plumbing and termite work.
Her work ethics are superior, making sure everything was done in a timely manner. We did a lot of faxing, and she would call to walk me through all the signatures, and help me understand all parts of the contracts.
She also kept in touch with the Realtor who was helping me buy another home where I live. And she kept in close contact with the title company in California. I had complete confidence she was always there for me.
